August, 2021 UPDATE

Covid-19 and The Museum and Henry Holt Barn at The Frost Place

Dear Visitors,

The museum and barn remain closed to the general public, with a target date to open in some manner for the foliage season, as the Corona virus situation warrants. The trails and grounds are always open to the public, but please be mindful of social distancing and other safety measures when in a group. Visiting the front porch of the house and enjoying the gorgeous view that brought Robert Frost to Franconia is something that we welcome you to do as well. Bring a picnic and enjoy the day and please share photos with us! We miss our friends and neighbors, and we definitely miss making new friends as well.

Check back frequently for announcements about upcoming online readings, workshops, and other special presentations. You can subscribe to our daily blog, follow us on Facebook and Instagram, and you can check our Calendar of Events on the website as well for updates. We’d love to have you join us!

As always, your safety is our primary concern. When we open to the public, we will make an announcement across all of our social media platforms. If you are interested in scheduling a private tour for a small group, please contact us for information. We request that, if you are scheduling with us, that all parties maintain strict safety protocols including masks. We want everyone to have a safe experience, including our staff.

We hope you continue to treasure the legacy of Robert Frost, and if you are able to make a donation towards the upkeep of the house and grounds, we would appreciate it.

Thank you for your support and kindness; we hope to see you soon!
