Ian Ramsey, Instructor
In these disruptive, uncertain times, it can be difficult to stay positive in the classroom, not to mention find time and space to do our own creative work. In this Teachers’ Round Table session, poet and educator Ian Ramsey will share work by poets throughout history who have used writing as a way to survive challenging times. Then he will guide participants through writing exercises that honor the challenges and fears they face and help them create writing-oriented strategies to stay positive, healthy, and motivated.
